About
Adrian Purgał was born in 1982 in Piotrków Trybunalski. He is a graphic artist, as well as a musician, singer, composer, poet and writer. He’s been awarded several prices in poetry competitions and had been published in local newspapers and anthologies.
Purgał works as a designer for the major companies in the ceramic sector. Following his passion and using a computer, around ten years ago he moved his three-dimensional projects into a digital matrix and started to create art using digital graphic tools only.
This brought to life a body of work consisting of graphic images that he sometimes calls ‘digital paintings’ which he successfully exhibited at numerous exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
Human figure, poetry of everyday life and its different dimension are his main interests, which he tries to convey through his graphic art. The images can almost be described as the artist’s personal diary; human weaknesses, fears, moments of depression and intimacy, that allow the viewer a glimpse of the artist’s soul, but also act as his personal form of therapy.
All original graphic prints will be avaialble for sale.
