The Adam Reynolds Memorial Bursary Shortlist Exhibition will feature work by the five artists shortlisted for Shape Art’s prestigious flagship award: Leah Clements, Laura Genevieve Jones, Amy Rosa, Romily Alice Walden and the recipient of the 2019 bursary, Sophie Hoyle.
About
The bursary was set up in 2008 in memory of the life and work of sculptor Adam Reynolds (1959-2005). Designed to support mid-career disabled artists looking to develop their practice and build their profile, the ARMB programme offers substantial funds and an accompanying three-month residency at a high-profile arts venue. In 2019, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art will host the bursary artist and shortlist exhibition, in collaboration with Shape Arts.
