This creative and engaging ceramics course will explore the possibilities of abstract sculpture over one weekend.
About
Working with Black Grogged Ceramic clay, students will apply basic pottery techniques to create their own abstract pieces. This course is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students who have previously worked in 3D. It presents a great opportunity to explore new ideas while experimenting with different mediums.
You will be introduced to pottery techniques such as:
- Coiling
- Slabing
- Pinching
- Using colored slips
Your pieces will then be fired at the end of the weekend.
