Tony Daley is a practicing artist with over 40 years' experience and an art educator. He trained at Chelsea School of Art and has exhibited widely. Compared with JMW Turner and Frank Bowling, Daley uses colour to create the most immersive and expressive works of art, which is why this year, Saatchi Art named him as 'the number one artist to invest in'.
