Chiara Zaccagnini(Ch20) is an Italian-born ARB architect and artist based in London, celebrated for creating immersive media and architectural based collectables that fuse heritage, luxury, and experimental design.
Drawing on architecture as a spatial discipline, she treats digital systems as sculptural material, creating immersive visual environments where imagery, sound, and algorithms continuously evolve.
The exhibition is based on latent space, a computational process. Imaging images between states. In this case it's between the real and the surreal. Digital images as signals. landscapes, images and architecture blends together forcing an unstable system. The artists work frames glitches not as aesthetic accident but as a readable condition of the contemporary space
The image transformation unfolds through a generative system powered by Touch Design, re-imagining environments through a continuously feedback loop recalculated through different vector-fields on a large screen. Producing ever revolving art fragments destabilized through noise sound and algorithmic behaviour.
A sonic audio landscape by the sound artist Kwerk will provide a chromatic backdrop of generative algorithmic nodes on the opening night and also a separate special curated event.
Ch2o is an artist of our time, creating research-driven identity process works which unite technology and art to challenge perceptions and spark dialogue about all our shared future.
