If you dream of being a writer, if you're inspired by the winter, or by the place you live, if you have the beginnings of an story you'd like to share, then this writing one-day workshop will bring your story to life.
About
As part of Oriel Myrddin Gallery's A Winter's Tale exhibition, Dan Anthony will be running a one-day story-making workshop where you can discuss, develop and write your tales.
New and old story tellers are welcome and the only experience you need is...an experience.
Our theme is winter in this community and the focus for the workshop will be on sharing ideas and having great fun. No tale is too tall or too small. Bring along your ideas and we'll work as a group to create a tapestry of hand-made tales that will reflect Carmarthen in the winter of 2009.
Dan Anthony is a script and short story-writer. His work has been broadcast on Radio Wales, Radio 3 and Radio 4, he has also written children's stories for CBBC and S4C. He has run writing workshops for schools and libraries throughout Wales.
