Travis Jeppesen will be reading his commissioned monologues 'Melancholia' and 'Raving Madness'

About

He will also read excerpts from a selection of his novels.
This will be followed by a Q&A session where the audience will have a chance put questions to Travis and learn more about his practice.

A Statue is Present features newly commissioned multi-media works by Mikey Cook, Travis Jeppesen, Jérémie Magar and Daniel Silver, which respond to the statues and bring back their presence under a new, positive meaning.

The project is born under the initiative of David Gryn director of Artprojx, for The Royal College of Psychiatrists.

The exhibition is curated by Sir John Cass/Whitechapel Gallery MA Curating the Contemporary final year students Caterina Berardi, Rebecca Edwards, Jack Parrott and Mariaelena Soligo.
