"a soft many-colored plain" is an online show that investigates process-driven structures and intuitive mark-making languages.
About
This latest online show curated by co-director Lauren Hirshfield investigates process-driven structures and the various ways each artist utilizes their unique and intuitive mark-making language to draw compositional conclusions. The resulting collection is woven together by a shared likeness of color palette and manipulation of material. Featuring sculpture, mixed media, painting, and prints the works range in size from 10x10 inches to 35x60 inches.
