an exhibition of landscape

About

Our landscape has long inspired artists and poets alike. Our title comes from a poem by Elizabeth Barratt Browning writing on the Herefordshire countryside. Artists have continued to respond to the landscape to the present day. The Chapel Gallery, Bromyard is delighted to show works by invited local artists that explore the ‘ripple of land’ in a range of styles and media. And while the work of these artists is shown in our downstairs galleries, we will also be displaying in our upstairs gallery, paintings & drawings submitted by people of all ages and experience from the local community for our Open Exhibition 2024.

Open 11am - 5pm with pop-up cafe. (Closed Monday & Tuesday)

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, and we are grateful for our partnership with Bromyard Community Arts.
