What's Included: Drink and canapes on arrival, followed by a five course meal with a flight of specially selected wines and tasting notes.

Swisherama, Sandy Brown's solo exhibition at White Moose gallery, will provide the backdrop to an exclusive evening with the artist herself. Dinner will be hosted by Sandy and will be served on her world famous ceramic tableware, each piece unique and individually handmade. Designed to complement Sandy's ceramics, the five course menu consists of locally sourced products and will be prepared by Lyndsay Platt of The Glorious Oyster.

THE MENU

On Arrival
A glass of fizz or a Sandy Brown cocktail
Oysters / Alternative canape

Course One
Ham hock or vegetable terrine, with an apricot puree,
pickles and apple served with seaweed biscuits

Course Two
Broth with oyster mushrooms, gathered wild
garlic and sea vegetables

Course Three
'A Glorious Celebration of The Sea' 
Fruits de Mer with fresh seasonal salad, Braunton
asparagus and potatoes

Or, vegetarian option - A glorious Persian feasting platter

Course Four
Rhubarb & vanilla posset, with homemade ginger biscuits,
salted caramel brittle and poached rhubarb

Course Five
Mini Irish roasted coffee shots served with a truffles
