A Gesture To 'The Other'Paul Good and Kirsty Wood

Paul Good and Kirsty Wood are collaborating artists who present a new site specific installation for Lubomirov-Easton.
The work continues their exploration of sculpture as sound. The artists draw themes from their performance work, which manifests as a band. Having originally started their collaboration by performing live, the artists then moved into making installations that could be the physical remnant or echo of a performance.
The space will be filled with casts of a drum cymbals with tripod stands, a path will be broken through the centre, after which the debris remains.
The installation will be a visual representation of a score. The score will be silent but 'the other' it gestures to will be active.
