Cabinets of curiosities were encyclopaedic collections of objects - the forerunner of museum collections.

About

jaggedart will present a new cabinet of curiosities with a wonderful selection of diverse works including ceramics, paper cutouts and delicate pieces in grass and twigs. Rainforest II, conveys an immersive installation by Brazilian artist Valeria Nascimento arranged as a large mobile of thin lines of tiny porcelain petals, flowers, seeds and branches.
