AntikBar's next evening talk at their gallery will be on Soviet poster design, to coincide with Russian Art Week and Russian Film Week in London.

This talk will cover the period of dramatic change that Russia experienced in the 50 year period from 1890 to 1940. The profound shifts in the political and socio-economic structure of society will be linked to the imagery expressed in posters, from life in Imperial Russia under the Tsars to life in the Soviet Union under Stalin.

Date: Wednesday 30 November, 7-8pm
Address: AntikBar, 404 King's Road, London SW10 0LJ

Tickets: £5 (includes welcome drink). Places are limited.
Tickets can be purchased at their gallery and online via their website at
