10×3 brings together ten young painters from Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, each offering bold, personal expressions through painting. United by themes of memory, identity, pop culture and urban life, their voices form a powerful Southeast Asian narrative.

G13 Gallery presents 10×3, a group exhibition featuring ten emerging painters from Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Curated as a focused reflection on contemporary Southeast Asian painting, the exhibition highlights artistic practices rooted in local contexts yet connected through shared regional narratives. In an era dominated by digital media and conceptual art, 10×3 shifts the focus back to painting as a vital and evolving medium.
The ten participating artists are Abenk Alter, Addy Debil, Cedrick Dela Paz, Demi Padua, Khairudin Zainudin, Miller Laberinto, Nik M Shazmie, NPAAW, Pongbayog and Shafiq Nordin. They explore a wide range of styles including figuration, surrealism, abstraction and symbolic narratives. Their works draw from urban subcultures, mythology, socio-political critique and personal histories, offering a rich visual dialogue that reflects Southeast Asia’s fluid identities and complexities.
10×3 celebrates painting as a continuing site of inquiry, connection and critical reflection within the region’s shifting cultural landscape.
