A workshop that takes the Thames as its starting point & through walking, experimentation with language, and word games creates the future.
About
In the novel News From Nowhere by William Morris the main character takes a boat ride down the river Thames. As he journeys the familiar world transforms into his social, political and artistic ideal. Led by artist Alexandra Parry, this workshop also takes the Thames as its starting point and through walking, experimentation with language and word games participants will create Nine Elms as they wish it to be 100 years from now.
Part of the Winter Trails: Remapping Nine Elms festival taking place between 18 November and 21 December 2017.
