Simon Roussin is an illustrator graduated of the Decorative arts school of Strasbourg since 2011.
His work deals with the figure of the hero, and it looks in its stories to find the breath of its childish readings. He is the author of Robin Hood, published by L'employé du Moi (2010) and The Adventurers, published by Magnani (2011).
He is also one of the founders and main author of the excellent Day-blind magazine.
For his exhibition at Studio Fotokino, he wished to venture on unknown ground, and to produce a series of oil paints, technique which he experiments here for the first time.
