The Poorly Project is an editorial and curatorial project dedicated to artists, makers and craftspeople contributing to the worlds of sickness, health and well-being.
Sickness remains on the societal side-lines and contemporary conversations on health and well-being are becoming part-time, the exchange of information, experience and wisdom has become evermore valuable.
The Poorly Project aims to bring greater public awareness to the expressions and obstacles associated with these imperative matters.
Eligibility: Please be above 18 years of age, London/UK-based with accessible studio space. All creative mediums are welcome. Artists must have a portfolio of work (a selection of completed pieces). We kindly ask all applicants to read our participation pack prior to applying..
What you get: Artists will be interviewed and have their tales published on our official website, featured on our social media pages and shared with a growing community of artists, curators, researchers and art-enthusiasts.
