Open Call for Artwork Submission (Exhibition Theme: Island)

From the island, we extend our greetings to nature, exploring celestial harmony and the evolving relationship between land, water, and unseen forces. How do you define an island? Is it a historical witness, an ecological laboratory, or something more?

This exhibition moves beyond human-centered narratives, embracing coexistence through the rhythms of tides, wind, and soil. By reinterpreting island ecologies, it invites us to rethink our connection with nature. Join us in reshaping perspectives on islands and your living worlds.

Eligibility: Age: 20 and above; artists, researchers, and creative practitioners are welcome.

What you get: Artist Fee & Shipping: – Artist fee: RMB 3,000~5,000 (Tax Included; As decided by the organizations) – Shipping (for artists based in China): Covered for packages within 68x48x36cm per box (max: 3 boxes); two ways. – Shipping (for artists outside China): To be discussed with organizers and the venue. Additional taxes or fees may apply. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. We can assist in providing an invitation letter if needed. The organizations reserve the right of final interpretation.
