The festival is seeking artists to devise and deliver an ambitious engagement project to design a storytelling light trail with community participants. The theme of the trail is "My Leicester – Future Stories."
Eligibility: Open to all.
What you get: Fee of £9,000 including materials, fabrication, and production costs.
