Public Art Commission at Boiler House Smoke Stack, Perth, Australia

Development WA (DevWA) is seeking expressions of Interest from multidisciplinary teams of local, national or international artists to design, supply and install a large-scale artwork on the 53-metre-tall Boiler House Smoke Stack, located within the former Princess Margaret Hospital site in Subiaco, Western Australia. This major public art commission, located close to the highest point of Subiaco, will create an iconic marker for the area.
Eligibility: Open Internationally to artists engaging in public art commissions such as murals, sculptures and light installations
What do you get: Selected artists will receive a commission fee is AUD $600,000 (+GST), while shortlisted artists will be paid a fee of AUD $5,000 + GST.
