2022 Foundwork Artist Prize

The Foundwork Artist Prize is an annual juried award to recognize outstanding practices by contemporary artists.
To be considered for the 2022 Prize, artists will need to maintain a published profile on Foundwork, with at least six artworks and an artist statement published on their profile page, throughout this year's selection period: 5:00 pm PT, September 26 – 5:00 pm PT, December 31, 2022.
Our 2022 jury is composed of dynamic curators, gallerists, art fair directors, organization founders, and artists based in Berlin, Los Angeles, London, and New York: Edgar Arcenaux, César García-Alvarez, Lauren Kelly, Eva Langret, and Javier Peres.
Eligibility: This year's Prize is open to artists residing anywhere in the world with limited exceptions, and artists working in any media are eligible.
What you get: $10,000 grant and studio visits with our distinguished jurors. In addition, the honoree and three shortlisted artists will be invited for interviews as part of our Dialogues program to further public engagement.
