Scope BLN Artists in Residence Program, Berlin

Scope BLN – Artists-in-Residence (AiR) program is announcing an open call to artists working in all fields of contemporary arts. The start of the program is in the second half of March / first half of April, 2023.

Eligibility: The open call is intended for artists working in the fields of contemporary painting, photography, sculpture, installation, multimedia, video, film, sound, performance or multidisciplinary forms without any restrictions on their age, nationality and gender.

What you get:

• A single fully furnished room with bathroom - Shared kitchen (with one other artist)
• A working studio
• Guidance in exploring Berlin and its art scene - Co-working sessions with the AiR director
• Possibility of presentations, short-term projects and implementation of workshops in Scope BLN Cinema Room
• Visiting 4 - 8 major exhibitions
• Open studio and opportunity to present your work to the professional
• audience and the community of Scope BLN
• Solo show at the Scope BLN Gallery with a duration of 1 month. The
• exhibition will be accompanied by public artists talk, photo and video documentation
• Total monthly cost paid by the artist in residence – 1200 €
