Open Call for an Artist Commission: Fabrica, ONCA & The Living Coast Residency 2022

We are exciting to announce that at Fabrica, along with ONCA and The Living Coast (Brighton and Lewes Downs UNESCO Biosphere) are seeking proposals for two artist residencies to take place sometime between July and November. In creating this opportunity with The Living Coast, we are seeking to understand, through the eyes of artists, more about how immersion in the natural world is good for physical and mental wellbeing.

Eligibility: Each residency is open to visual artists and makers who are living or working in the Living Coast Area.

What you get: The fee for each residency is £1200 (equivalent to 5-6 days artist time) and £100 expenses/materials per residency, plus up to a month’s access per residency to the ONCA Barge artist studio which is accessible.
