Open Call for Festival Contributions transmediale 2023

The 2023 edition of transmediale festival will take place at Akademie der Künste Berlin (Hanseatenweg) during the first week of February. Proposals to the open call should engage with the festival theme of scale either through the topic or proposed format. The call is open to multiple formats including: algorithms, artworks, bots, discussions, essays, events, experiments, films, lectures, online projects, panels, performances, sound, walks or workshops.

Eligibility: The call is open to artists, researchers, designers, architects, activists (working individually or in collectives) from all disciplines to submit new or existing proposals responding to the festival theme.

What you get: Selected applications will receive an artist's fee, travel and accommodation during the festival.
