The 16th Busan International Video Art Festival Open Call

BIVAF mainly introduces video artworks that deal with contemporary social issues. In particular, we plan to invite works on post-Soviet spaces and cities this year, and we would like to select works that can be presented together through the open call.

Eligibility: Artists who are active in video arts, no limitation of age, region, or nationality.

What you get: We pay 500,000KRW (about 380USD) to prize-winner. Artists of Competitive works will be paid 150,000KRW (about 115USD) each. We will provide all materials needed for exhibitions and screenings like subtitle translation, venue, equipment, promotion, etc. This year, the 16th Busan International Video Art Festival will be held at various venues, including independent art spaces and cinemas.
