Artist/Designer Call-out for Installation at the V&A Museum of Childhood

On 10 May, the V&A Museum of Childhood will be closing for a major transformation of the building, galleries and programmes. The RE-Invent festival on the last weekend before closure (8 - 10 May 2020) will include live music, performance, and a rich range of creative and interactive activities on the themes of Play, Imagination and Design, offering audiences the chance to celebrate this significant moment. We are seeking a design-led individual or collective to develop a highly visual installation that visitors can engage with over the course of festival, reflecting on the museum’s rich past and celebrating its transformation and future. We are looking for artists and designers with a collaborative practice and experience involving communities within their work. The project budget is £3000.
