TOMA Project Space: Open Call for artists to exhibit in 2020
Updated: 09 January 2020
TOMA is looking for two emerging artists who are either based in or from Essex to have the opportunity to each have a solo show in the artist-led TOMA Project Space. Each show will take place for just over 2 months from the end of February 2020. We are looking to work with artists who might have had to put their making on pause due to caring for others. We are looking to work with artists who have never had a solo show. We are looking to work with artists who might have experienced barriers in getting their work out there (money, time, geography, age, disability, gender, ethnicity + other hierarchies hidden or otherwise). Exhibiting artists will receive support from a curator, a technician, a small artist fee and materials budget.
Deadline 20 January 2020
