Film and Video Open Call for Women Artists: CONTESTED DESIRES

CONTESTED DESIRES seeks six exceptional artist film and video works by women artists and filmmakers internationally. CONTESTED DESIRES is a transnational project using contemporary visual arts as a tool to explore our shared and contested Colonial heritage and its influence on contemporary culture.
This open call will provide artists with four exhibition opportunities across Europe, working with D6 and our partners.
Work must be existing, not in development, and have a clear/critical dialogue to the conceptual framework of CONTESTED DESIRES. For more details about the project, visit our website. CONTESTED DESIRES is supported by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
