Grand Union is looking to recruit a new Curatorial Fellow to work with us. We host a free programme of public exhibitions and events, and our building in Birmingham is home to 22 artists in the studios. We support learning, creating numerous contexts for art and life to intersect. Our work places an emphasis on the importance of collaboration and long-term artistic research. Many of these projects take place outside of the gallery, across the city of Birmingham through our Collaborative Programme. The role will involve working across our entire programme.
This role is specifically an entry-level opportunity for an individual from a socio-economic background currently underrepresented in the arts. It is part of a wider programme called the Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries, which is designed and run by Jerwood Arts.
