Open call for short films on the theme of Dissent: Inside/Outside

CAS is looking for short films, (under 10mins) to be displayed on a very large screen at Winchester School of Art as part of the second Laboratory of Dissent 2: Inside/Outside exhibition and symposium in Nov/Dec 2019. The theme can be interpreted in a number of ways but the screen will be visible from the street so films need to be video only (no sound).
Selected films will be shown on a continuous loop during the 5 weeks of the Laboratory of Dissent 2019.
