Open Call for artists working in Mental Health Activism

We are Bananas Collective is a new collective of artist practitioners seeking members to join a collective of artists working in Mental Health Activism. Applicants must be diagnosed with a mental health disability and professional artists (students welcome). Art can be in any media, be it video, drawing, painting, installation or photography. The collective plans to organise group exhibitions tackling mental health stigma and is in the process of setting up a group website containing individual sample portfolios and cv details. Please provide an artist statement and pdf portfolio. Submissions open to UK residents only. We are looking for roughly 12 relevant artists.
