Short-term artist in residence program ROJA ART LAB is currently accepting applications for the summer of 2019. Located in a small seaside town in Latvia, this residence program attracts vibrant international emerging and mid-career artists. It provides an opportunity to create experimental and/or site-specific artwork and is open to all disciplines.
Artists are considered residents for the duration of the 15 – 16 day workshop. A series of visitors will be invited to attend throughout the art laboratory to encourage critical debate and dialogue – this will also include both presentations and lectures by the participant’s.
Residency provides housing, meals, a communal work-space and materials along with technical support and basic facilities.
