Artist in Residence
Artist Residencies to Explore the Ecological Crisis
Updated: 29 November 2019
There is a growing and urgent cultural and social momentum driving forward awareness about environmental sustainability and animal extinction. Dance Research Studio in collaboration with Dance4/iC4C is curating a new programme which will engage with this urgent momentum and aims to make a valuable research contribution through remembering that we too are animals.
As part of this programme, DRS will support Three Artist Residencies at the studio during the period January-April 2020. Successful applicants will be awarded 40-80 hours of discounted studio time for research and development of new work, 4 hours of mentoring from experienced practitioners and the opportunity to share work to an invited audience.
Deadline 12 December 2019
