Shadows - Open Call for Artists

As many philosophers testify, Plato in the first place, the shadow since ancient times has always been the object of symbolic interpretations and associations, becoming a reason for reflection on the human condition and its existence.

The present call invites photographers and graphic designers to propose works in which the shadow is called to play a role that is not only metaphorical on the philosophical or conceptual level, but also as a compositional element of an image that, in contrast with the light, confers more pathos to a scene and / or a subject.
