Emerald Winter Pride Art Awards 2018

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1967 Sexual Offences Act, Winter Pride in partnership with Emerald Life and The House of St Barnabas, is proud to launch its latest art competition Beyond the Binaries. £1,000 Prize Money for overall winner of Art Awards. £500 Lady Petchey Art Award for highly commended runner-up. Exhibition at The House of St Barnabas in Soho London from 26 January - 6 June 2018, and at Quay Arts in Newport, Isle of Wight from 9 June - 30 July 2018.
Open to all artists regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, Beyond the Binaries encourages artists to think of art as a tool for activism and the promotion of social equality.
