The Gallery at Plymouth College of Art Design Residency & Exhibition

The Gallery at Plymouth College of Art invites proposals from designers to develop a new body of work for exhibition through a residency at Plymouth College of Art, making use of our extensive workshop facilities. The selected designer will meet and work alongside our students, to offer an insight into their process and approach. Designers are invited to push, experiment with and utilise the workshop facilities to develop new ambitious ideas and directions for their practice and/or scale up or expand current ideas.
The selected designer will be awarded a fee of £3000 plus a materials budget of £1000. Additionally, there will be a separate budget for installing and producing the exhibition in The Gallery and artist travel and accommodation (up to £2000).
