About

It is said that if one sleeps beneath a walnut tree, he or she will see their future in their dreams . . .

Beneath the Walnut Tree is an interdisciplinary visual art project devised by James William Murray in collaboration with Fiona Allison.

The work aims to construct a provocative and accessible narrative that encourages interaction and storytelling within an urban environment.

Murray will be performing a series of live events around New Cross where by he will be sleeping underneath walnut trees.

These events will be closely document and recorded for the exhibition. The work on displayed will be in the form of video installation and text.

Please come along to the private view on the 27th April for a preview of the work. There will be a bar and a DJ.
