Pioneer of artists' moving image and expanded cinema, Malcolm Le Grice talks about his films, the historical context in which he developed and his more recent large-scale multi-screen work. This presentation will include clips of films by Le Grice and time for discussion. Part of Sweet FA, a year-long programme that introduces and investigates filmmaking and moving image in contemporary visual art. Suitable for the curious and bemused as well as artists, filmmakers, students and film-lovers who are interested in finding out about artists' films and other forms of moving image.
