Zeitgeist — The Big Art Idea Dynamic Artist-led independents talk about what drives them forward Co-Exist: Amy McKenny, Artist, Curator and co-Director of artist-run space CoExist in Southend. Amy McKenny is a co founder and director of artist-run space CoExist Galleries, CoExist is committed to showcasing dynamic artists who are willing to test the boundaries of their practices and show ambitious work, within a platform that sees emerging artists exhibiting alongside more established practices with no obvious distinction. One of the core aims of the project is to provide critically engaged exposure for early career artists. CoExist have worked with a wide cross section of artists including Fiona Macdonald, Phyllida Barlow, Liv Pennington and Alex Pearl.
