Marking 20 years of independence from the former Soviet Union, this exhibition firmly establishes Ukraine as an artistic force in its own right. 50 pieces by 42 artists embrace themes of fantasy, beauty and an edgy modernity that nods to The West both ironically and hopefully. Although the majority of pieces are paintings, photographic and mixed-media works are also represented.
