Michael Thacker ARBS uses natural forms as a primary reference for his sculptures. Seedpods, shells, fossils and plant buds, combined with geometric elements found in architectural forms and the principles of devices such as pediments and archways. Unbalancing and juxtaposing the taut & polished agaginst roughly textured organic shapes that emerge from within.
