Photography is Dead... 10 years of Rhubarb-Rhubarb: A Retrospective

A collaboration between Three White Walls Gallery and Rhubarb-Rhubarb, Photography is Dead… presents a retrospective of some of the best national and international works exhibited at the Rhubarb International Photographic Review over the last 9 years.

Rhubarb-Rhubarb invited 12 international and national reviewers to select and critique one artist and one image which they feel has stood above the rest.

Creating an almost topographical exhibition, Photography is Dead... represents diverse practices and a combination of contrasting and evocative styles. Bringing together a cross-section of images, the exhibition questions the current technical revolution that many have embodied, even while others still find it binding in a generation of practitioners who know of nothing else.
