Psyche is John Akomfrah's new installation for his exhibition, Hauntologies. It pays homage to the films that have influenced him, as well as creating an archival study of the genre's patterns and conventions, presenting them as paradigms of broader systems of representation.
During Hauntologies a selection of five films directly related to Psyche are screened in the gallery:
