Drawing Stories: Comics and Graphic Novels with Emily Haworth-Booth 

This course is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. It is an ideal introduction to ‘writing with pictures’, offering guidance on everything from choosing toolsto generating ideas. We will also spend some time drawing from life, combining observation with imagination and memory. For those with projects already underway, this is a an opportunity to reconsider both style and process, receive feedback and experiment with technique. By the final day students will have drawn and inked their own graphic short story. Open to all levels and ages from 16 plus.
