French Photographer Exhibits New Work on Leisure

Talented young French photographer Karine Laval exhibits a new collection of work in her second solo UK show. Her new work focuses on the notion of Leisure – looking at the universal way we all behave when away from the cares and toils of normal working life.

Karine was selected by leading photography magazine, PDN, as one of the top 30 emerging young photographers in 2006, and her work has been acquired by several leading collections including Citibank and Henry Buhl in New York, and appeared in magazines such as The New Yorker, Figaro Magazine, New York Times Magazine, Village Voice, Fabric, Dazed and Harper's Bazaar.
