Netil House

Netil House started life as an abandoned college and council offices and has since been transformed into a thriving community of over 90 studios with around 300 residents.
We are home to musicians, filmmakers, painters, acrobats, writers, fashion designers, graphics companies, a cafe, a music venue, a hair salon, a market, and the list goes on.
We also host a diverse roster of events, shoots and night time activities brought to you by some of the most talented creatives in the world. We have three dedicated versatile event spaces, plus stairwells, carparks, market stalls, landings, and more.
We welcome creatives from all disciplines and act as a facilitator; encouraging our community to work together building networks within East London and beyond.
We do lifestyle, wellness, food, drink, parties and our building runs around the clock from dawn till dawn.
