Hive invests in the creative capital of artists and community, fostering artistic production as the cornerstone of creative regeneration and engagement with architecture and heritage.

Hive supports a growing number of artists in London, running T1+2 Gallery and Hive Projects. Its programme has included artists residencies at 276 Vauxhall Bridge Rd, Victoria, SW1 and Greatorex Street in Whitechapel E1. Hive is currently developing la Ruche, a five-storey project which houses 30 artist studios, exhibition spaces and workshops in Whitechapel E1.

Further projects are planned in partnership with The City of London Corporation as part of a 5-year urban redevelopment scheme and sites outside London in collaboration with architectural heritage organisations.

The Beehive is a potent symbol of enterprise, design, sustainability and community - Hive's "collective" structure as an organisation reflects this in it's commitment to its ongoing Creative and Cultural Leadership programme.
It offers mentor-led apprenticeships and development through the sharing and exchange of skills to artists; bridging communities across boroughs.

Hive works in partnership with leading companies and organisations. Aligning Art and Industry Hive is collaborating with architects, urban designers, cultural researchers and practitioners, councils and schools.
