Openings this week include the Jerwood Contemporary Painters at the Jerwood Space on Union Street in SE1 tonight (14.02.2007). See today’s feature for more information on the exhibition.

Also opening tonight is Davina and Daniel’s Lonely Hearts at Space Station 65, from 6.00 - 8.30pm. Tomorrow night Vilma Gold launches the group show In Apertura, 6-8pm and at the other end of Vyner Street IBID Projects opens a solo exhibition by Jonas Mekas, Home Videos (1987–2005), 6-8pm but stop in to see Lara Schnitger at Modern Art on your way. Close by at Studio 1.1 is WE ARE THE JUMBLE, a ‘tentative exploration of the parameters of the transactional aesthetic’ between 6 and 9pm.
On Friday night head down to the lovely boys at Keith Talent to view work by Tatiana Echeverri Fernandez, Tom Humphreys, Lillian Vaule, as always it rill be a late on from 6.30 pm onwards. At Flaca, Mandal Reuter and Haegue Yang opens between 6 and 9 pm and further east at Rockwell is the much awaited show by Keira Bennett, from 6.30 to 9.30 pm.
Saturday February 17 is the opening at Victoria Miro of Absent Without Leave (6 - 8pm) and next week Rokeby launches a solo exhibition of work by Craig Fisher (6.30 – 8.30pm). Happy art walking.
