About

Israeli film director, Amos Gitai trained as an architect and his father was well-known Bauhaus architect, Munio Weinraub. In 2012, Gitai established Israel's first museum of architecture in memory of his father. Gitai has produced internationally acclaimed films, both documentary and fiction. In 2012, the Venice Film Festival presented a retrospective of his work and his new film, Ana Arabia won the Green Drop Award at this year's Festival. Gitai will discuss the relationship between architecture and cinema in his work.
