The 1950s marked the beginning of a new and exciting era of mass consumption in the western world. Discover how British and American Pop artists responded to this evolving economic climate through an impressive selection of works from big names such as David Hockney, Andy Warhol, Derek Boshier and Clive Barker. See how Pop artists were inspired by consumer products, branding and advertising, and find out how they even employed the techniques of mass production in their own work!

Step back in time by trying on original 1960s vintage fashion and see real ‘60s consumer products. Design and assemble your own Warhol-style packaging, make a ‘Warholised’ self-portrait, visit the ‘Pop Shop’ and put your problem-solving skills to the test in fun new gallery games.
